Basketball Time

Jordyn is not so into the whole basketball thing butta....whatya do? She is so fun to watch. Each girl has a wristband on and they are supposed to guard the girl on the other team with the same color of wristband....well Jordyn doesn't really care for that whole concept she just wants to be where ever the ball is so at times she just runs in circles! So funny! Her 2nd week of playing, the girl on the opposite team didn't seem to care where the ball was so she was in Jordyn's face the WHOLE time! Well being the little O'Neal that she is......stuck her tongue out at the poor girl! Well I was trying to get her attention but she ran to the other end of the court and the girl did not let up.....therefore Jordyn kicked her!! AAAH! The minute she came outta that game, Mike gave her a butt chewing! YIKES

Maycen on the other hand absolutely loves playing! Granted her best friend Jordynn Gibbons is on the team! She can't wait til the following week for her game! I LOVE IT!! Well she and her friend Jordynn are actually called the two man team cuz' Maycen being the shortest on the team

(I wonder why) (: is super serious about being the point guard. Her friend Jordynn is the tallest, so Maycen will bring the ball down and Jordynn will stand underneath the basket, arms up and ready and Maycen passes the ball and shoots! I kinda feel bad but we have been telling Maycen that she needs to pass to other people, but at the same time if Jordynn is open then......WATCH OUT! ha ha

Ok so I got my computer fixed but now.....du du dun....my camera is being super retarded and not downloading any pics. ***AARGH*
So I'm just gonna say that raising a boy is so much different than either of my girls! It amazes me at how completely different all 3 of my kids are! Jordyn would rather play rough and tough with the boys and Maycen wants to put makeup on and dress up, oh and talk on the phone for all hours of the day....SHE IS 7!!!! HOLY COW!!! We are in for a world of hurt or actually maybe I should say the "boys" around her are. (LOL) Thanks to her dad!
Well then there is Quinlan oh my gosh so much fun! He has an obsession with turning lights on or off! Which can be a good thing but annoying at the same time! Then he got a little trike for Christmas and his little feet can't reach the pedals so he pretty much runs like the flinstones but I honestly think he goes so much faster! It is the cutest thing! Oh and if his sisters or actually anyone else has an Owee he must kiss it better! That is how tractor Grandpa gets a kiss from Quinlan! ha ha He is also doing a knock knock joke that goes like so.....Q says "knock knock" mom says "who's there?" and every single time Q says Bian (for my brother, uncle Brian) so funny!! This boy is the biggest hoot and the best natured kid I could have ever asked for! AAAh too much fun!

I'M BACK

OK so my blasted computer wouldn't turn on the other day and I thought Quinlan had just turned something off or unplugged something...but NO. (it couldn't be that simple) Mike couldn't even get it to turn on so I took it to superior computers (it is still under warranty....thank goodness) and it was our mother board! Ok so really that means absolutley nothing to me but once I told Mike he said that holds all the memory and pics and music....etc. Well I was so bummed cuz I didn't backup my recent pics, but i then later realized after a bit of stress, that I had put all of my pics on my IPOD so YEAH!!! Well come to find out the computer place people had actually backed up all of our info! So to them I thank and am grateful for technology nerds LOL that know what they're doing!!
So I am back and after all my catching up to do...i'll be doin a few new posts!!

OK so here is a few updates....OUR night out went rather well, considring I got a new tattoo on top of my foot(i'll post pics in a bit) and was wearing my cute black boots and didn't bother to think that I might not be able to walk in them....without PAIN! Holy COW getting my tattoo hurt like crazy but just like childbirth you don't remember the pain once you see the outcome! LOL
We ended up missing our reservation for the Melting Pot ): because Mikes tattoos took 3 hrs. But it is OK (I still love him)! After the tattoos we ended up goin to the gateway and walking the entire two blocks (with my cute black boots and an open sore on top of my foot) for a place to eat! We ended up goin to Mcgraths Fish House, not to shabby considering I don't do seafood!
We then went to check into our hotel! We knew we had to get up early due to some shopping business that we needed to take care of! So we drove around a bit and then decided to call it a night! We got up at 4:30 to stand in line at the West Valley Shopko in the freezin cold for 2 hrs, for an effin WII that we didn't end up getting at that store cuz' we were the 11th cust. in line and whe nI left work on Sat. morning their on hands said they had 25. They weren't supposed to sell any until Sun. Well an employee came out and said the yonly had 10! GGRRR we were rather upset but apparently not meant to have one! EXCEPT for the girls at my store called me at 8:15 and said they still had some! I told mike that we should go get one and we both figured by the time it took us an hour to get home they would prolly be gone so we resorted to the idea we still weren't meant to have one....UNTIL Mike gets a brilliant idea to call Reid and he does so and Reid (bless his heart) got out of his warm bed and into his cold truck without even scraping his windows and totally got us one!! YEAH!! LOVE U REID!! Well our day continued with more shopping and spending! Yikes!

Wahoo!!

I am ALIVE!! Wahoo! It has only been like 2 weeks since my last post so I thought I oughta share my life with someone!! HA HA OK So we made it through the shopping business of christmas for the kids (well most of it) and now it is time for Mike and I to do a bit of fun-ness! I am planning a night out for us, without him knowing! So exciting... but I am still trying to not get busted...cuz he asks all sorts of questions in a roundabout way, trying to get me to tell him what i've got planned! I'm really trying to not give in so all i've told him is to be ready at 10 o'clock on Sat. morning. P.S. Take into consideration that I have to work at 5 AM on Saturday. So long day for me, but it'll be worth it since this is the week that I don't see Mike for more than 2 minutes...since i've been working from 5-1 daily for Christmas $$$$. And Mike leaves for work as soon as I get home and he gets off at 10, but I'm so exhausted from getting up early then being a MOM by myself all day that 9 times out of 10 my sorry butt is in bed almost as soon as Quinlan lays down! SO.....
Well here is the plan....my sister is coming to stay with the kids at 10, then my neighbor is taking Jordyn to basketball at 11. At 1:30 my friend Malinda is gonna take Maycen to her basketball. When my dad gets off work, he is gonna take my mom to lunch then come relieve my sister. Well Mikes Mom is taking my girls out for a bit of shopping and eating and whatever else you do on an outing with Grandma O. LOL!! When they are done with that excursion, my dad is gonna take the girls home with him and my mom is gonna stay at my house with Quinlan! Yikes....I hope Mike realizes how much I am really trying to make this a fun outting for us!!
Ok so Mike and I are first gonna look at tattoo shops! (I want stars on the top of my feet!) Then I want to get a few books at Barnes and Noble....needless to say that it is right next door to Old Navy! :) and on our way to the gateway to the Ipod store (cuz' all i asked for for Christmas is and Ipod, Mike wants a new coat and another tattoo)! Then off to the new store called Steve and Barry's. We went to this store when we made our trip to disneyland everything in the store was like $7 Awesome!!! Mike only has like 4 pair of Levi's all from this place and he can't seem top find any that he likes so..? If we have time I wanna go to the factory stores in Draper but that might have to be a Sunday morning to-do! We'll see!
Well I have also made reservations at the resteraunt the Melting Pot. (I highly recommend this place...crazy expensive, but well worth it once a year) Then we are staying at a hotel in salt lake (haven't decided where for sure) and then we're gonna have crazy sex......and SLEEP IN!! I'm very excited about that part! (which one??) stay tuned!! HAHA So that's my story!!
